Coco's Pasta and Grill in Hyde Park, New York, opened in May 2000. Coco's grew out of the space they were currently in due to high volume business. After four years, Dimitri and Nike moved to their current location where they had the capability to grow their business by expanding the menu, offering full bar service, and hosting banquets.
Coco's is well known for their famous wraps, pan pizza, house dressing and the ever popular soups which are made fresh everyday. All of their food is homemade with the same quality as they started 10 years ago in the smaller Coco's. They also offer four different soups and dinners along with weekly specials. They are now able to offer their customers many choices. All pizza and pizza rolls can either be made of wheat, herb, or original regular dough. They are one of the few places that serve such large burgers the size of 3/4lbs. in fresh beef and over 1lb. of sirloin steaks. Overall, all portions are plentiful and pasta dinners are enough to share. Through their experience, Nike and Dimitri are now able to make all of their desserts on the premises. Along with their original rice pudding, the dessert case is full f variety of cheesecakes, tiramisu, eclairs, cannoli's,brownies and pies.
Part of their success is that they remain consistent. Coco's is a large restaurant with a cozy, warm and inviting atmosphere offering eat-in, take-out of delivery or even catering for parties. Along with their children, Dimitri and Nike will continue to satisfy their customers.
